Binance can definitely receive ETH. In fact, Binance can even receive all sorts of altcoins. You just need to send them to the proper wallet address. ETH transfers are incredibly slow today because the market is in a huge uptick — everyone is buying and selling. It took me about 2 hours (way outside of the norm) for my funds to hit Binance today. Perhaps that’s it. Not sure what the response from Binance is about. What question did you ask them?
